12:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Check-in
Arrive at The Ratan Resort & Retreat (your chosen luxury room). Take this time to relax and inquire about additional activities like: Ayurvedic Massage, Sound Healing Sessions, Pottery Art Classes
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Welcome Ceremony
Welcome drink with snacks at Sanatan Yog Ashram followed by a guided tour to connect with the history of our ashram. Meet fellow retreat participants and learn about the roots of the ashram’s wisdom.
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Evening Yoga Session
Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels focusing on grounding and flexibility.
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Kirtan & Aarti
Join the sacred ceremony of Kirtan & Aarti in the ashram’s temple. Experience divine vibrations through mantra chanting.
8:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Dinner & Group Discussion
Enjoy a delicious meal followed by an open group discussion on yoga, wellness and spiritual practices.
Check Out Day (Optional to extend your stay) 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM – Tea Time
Relax with herbal tea, detox water or coffee setting a peaceful tone for the day.
8:00 AM to 9:00 AM – Morning Yoga
Hatha Yoga practice to rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. Suitable for all levels.

10:00 AM to 11:30 AM – Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Session
A dynamic expert-led Ashtanga Vinyasa class for an energetic flow and flexibility. Alternative: If you prefer not to join the Ashtanga class, you can enjoy breakfast and prepare for check-out. Please make sure to pack your luggage before the session to avoid delays.
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM – Free Time & Optional Activities

Why Choose This One-Day Yoga Retreat in Pushkar?

Sanatan Yog is not a commercial studio  it’s rooted in over 90 years of yogic lineage. Your guides are trained in traditional methods passed down through generations.

There are different timings of every classes about one hour to one and half hour is general timings.

You should not practice after lunch. At least 3 to 4 hours later you should practice.
